Each month, we survey every person who purchased an automobile extended warranty from Warranty Direct. We are always striving to become easier to do business with and take customer feedback very seriously.

1. There was no single factor. I chose Warranty Direct, because the rep that I spoke with, John, was very pleasant and he covered everything in our conversation that I wanted to know about the warranty.
