Each month, Warranty Direct surveys its customers to solicit their valuable feedback. One question we ask is, “What was the single most important factor in your decision to choose Warranty Direct?” Here are some of their answers.

Warranty Direct Customer Survey

Each month, we survey every person who purchased an automobile extended warranty from Warranty Direct. We are always striving to become easier to do business with and take customer feedback very seriously.

We asked our customer to name the most important factor in choosing Warranty Direct. Here are some of their answers…

1. There was no single factor. I chose Warranty Direct, because the rep that I spoke with, John, was very pleasant and he covered everything in our conversation that I wanted to know about the warranty.
