Good Morning,
I am writing to you to tell you how fortunate I was to have had the pleasure of speaking with Alvin Casillas, about your warranty programs. The gentleman, besides having a wonderful speaking voice was deliberate in making sure every item he was speaking about was clear and concise and any questions I might have, he painstakingly made sure I fully understood every and all differences between the programs that would fit my vehicle. I also spoke with Alvin a couple times after my initial phone call with questions I had versus the vehicle I was purchasing and he took each phone call and treated me as if I was part of his family. The man is a true professional, I have never encountered a person so knowledgeable and the drive to help someone get the right fit for their needs without pushing or pulling them into it. This is just to let you know how pleased I am with your service. I recently purchased a policy with Warranty Direct, just before my car’s original warranty expired. My car had not had any problems up to that point, so I was unsure whether this extra expense was really necessary, but only a few weeks later, I took my car to the dealer for some maintenance and several leaks were discovered. Your company covered the cost of repairs without any problem. Shortly thereafter, a totally different issue was discovered and Warranty Direct also covered it, this time supplying the required part directly to the mechanic. I have been a customer of Warranty Direct for several years now and recently had my vehicle in the local Mercedes dealership for some complications; on one occasion to replace the shifter and just recently the CD changer was replaced. Andree was the representative of Warranty Direct I dealt with on 03/31/08 and she was superb in being the liaison between the Mercedes Benz service personnel and me in insuring the proper information was exchanged before repairs were made. She was very informative with me and explained everything in exact, full detail, and was expeditious in resolving all matters. No delays, hang ups or confusion.
