This notice is regarding companies using automated dialing systems, which is the use of a pre-recorded announcement calling consumers. This is illegal and Warranty Direct does NOT engage in nor support this type of activity.

Warranty Direct products are ONLY available through Warranty Direct and its web site located at www.WarrantyDirect.com. The ONLY way Warranty Direct would contact you would be if you visited our web site and provided your contact information.

Recently we have had many complaints from consumers calling us to ask us to take them off of our “list”. This is being done through automated dialing systems and apparently people are being told that Warranty Direct is calling. Some of them are even falsifying their Caller IDs to say that Warranty Direct is calling. This is absolutely NOT the case.

I’m not one to write reviews, but in this case I just have to tell you how impressed I and the Infiniti dealer I recently visited are!

 I purchased my 2001 Infiniti and a Warranty Direct extended warranty contract just two over weeks ago and decided to have my car checked over ASAP. The  service department told me I had a problem with a “seized-up caliper” which needed to be replaced immediately for safety reasons.
