I phoned Warranty Direct today to get some information on extending their coverage of my vehicle past the current expiration on the service contract I already hold with them. I spoke with “Kelly” who provided the information I needed in a most courteous and professional manner.

Dear Warranty Direct:
I would NEVER buy a new car without Warranty Direct coverage. Anybody who does is a damned fool.The one claim you paid for my wife’s transmission covered the premium for three vehicles. The service manager at the Honda dealership was stunned as how quickly the claim was handled. At my age, I may never buy another car so I am really glad I have it. I am an attorney and we are usually careful about what we say but you may quote any part of what I’ve said as long as you do not take it out of context.

I have been a customer of Warranty Direct for several years now and recently had my vehicle in the local Mercedes dealership for some complications; on one occasion to replace the shifter and just recently the CD changer was replaced. Andree was the representative of Warranty Direct I dealt with on 03/31/08 and she was superb in being the liaison between the Mercedes Benz service personnel and me in insuring the proper information was exchanged before repairs were made. She was very informative with me and explained everything in exact, full detail, and was expeditious in resolving all matters. No delays, hang ups or confusion.
