Good Morning,

I am writing to you to tell you how fortunate I was to have had the pleasure of speaking with Alvin Casillas, about your warranty programs. The gentleman, besides having a wonderful speaking voice was deliberate in making sure every item he was speaking about was clear and concise and any questions I might have, he painstakingly made sure I fully understood every and all differences between the programs that would fit my vehicle. I also spoke with Alvin a couple times after my initial phone call with questions I had versus the vehicle I was purchasing and he took each phone call and treated me as if I was part of his family. The man is a true professional, I have never encountered a person so knowledgeable and the drive to help someone get the right fit for their needs without pushing or pulling them into it.

I have told everyone at my place of work and anyone that needs an auto warranty that this company is the right company, for them, and Alvin Casillas is the person that will fit their needs.
