We’ve all seen them—those spots on the driveway or on our garage floor when we move our vehicles.
Not only are these nasty and problematic to remove, most non-techie people don’t understand where the leak is coming from or what it means. Maybe you have a neighbor who knows it all and tells you it’s just “water condensation.” It’s probably not, and beyond your own driveway—you don’t want to leave nasty spot leaks on someone else’s driveway either.
So, how can you determine what the leaky spot means? We asked a Master Technician to help us better understand out spots!

Nissan likes to say their innovation for their vehicles is based on their “SHIFT.”
What that means to them is that they say they are constantly shifting gears and looking at new designs and styles.
They do have a hybrid, the 2009 Altima, and in the spring of 2009, their all new concept car The Cube will hit the dealer’s showroom, but beyond that, if Nissan is being environmentally responsible about future vehicles, waste, or recycling, we couldn’t find it on their website.
Then again, the website is so busy, you get tired of leaping from page to page.

First, if you don’t know what a car log is, we can tell you!
A car log is a simple record of repairs, including warranty and recall repairs your vehicle has had completed on it—and much more.
You can make a car log on your own or buy a pre-printed car log at most office supply stores. Actually, a car log folder is better because it can hold all the invoices from your repairs in one place when you need it.
Another good reason for keeping a car log is in the long run, if you have an extended vehicle warranty, it can ensure that you have obtained all the recommended maintenance your owner’s manual suggests. Warranty companies need to know that you have been responsible in your car care and really shouldn’t pay for things because you missed important upkeep. Read more...

Mercedes Benz, now run by the Daimler Group, seems to be taking fuel efficiency, sustainable and alternative energy to a higher scale than some of the other European auto manufacturers.
The problem here is that only one of their hybrids, the C-Class sedan comes in a flex fuel option in the US. Their other ventures in hybrids such as the 400 BlueHYBRID and their research on coup model hybrids are only being offered in Europe in 2009.
The Mercedes Benz name is synonymous with luxury and their vehicles reflect that. When purchasing a Mercedes Benz, don’t forget to pick up a Mercedes Benz extended warranty to help on your resale value, trade-in value and for repairs down the road. Read more...
