Warranty Direct Customer Review

Dear Warranty Direct:

I’m not one to write reviews, but in this case I just have to tell you how impressed I and the Infiniti dealer I recently visited are!

 I purchased my 2001 Infiniti and a Warranty Direct extended warranty contract just two over weeks ago and decided to have my car checked over ASAP. The  service department told me I had a problem with a “seized-up caliper” which needed to be replaced immediately for safety reasons.

 I mentioned my new warranty. They told me I would probably need to pay up front, since they had never dealt with Warranty Direct, but I asked them to give you a call. When the service manager reappeared after making the call, he said that he was VERY impressed with your claims person and that he had never received an answer so quickly from an extended warranty company!
It was all taken care of very efficiently and I am so happy that I purchased my warranty. I hope we don’t have to call you often (no offense), but I know now that I have a great warranty company! Thank you.
